You, the customer, agree to confidentiality of your account information, which includes username, password, email, as well as restricting access to your device or computer. Please make sure that any voucher codes or coupon codes used have been properly applied and the discount is reflected correctly in the shopping cart sub total amount. Once your order has been submitted, the order (project(s)) is sent immediately to production. It is very important that the order is correct before the order is placed. If you want to cancel your order, this must be done prior to the order production process, prior to the order being printed, which may be less than 24 hours after the ordered is successfully placed and completed on Print Pictures.
After an order has been processed and shipped, you can inquire about the shipping method and delivery date for the shipment by contacting helpdesk@Print.Pictures. Also, each customer will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail after the order has been shipped with information regarding the shipping method. Once the order has been placed successfully on Print.Pictures it is not possible to change the shipping method or delivery address of the shipment.
Payment must be received before an order can be accepted and processed. Print Pictures can receive payments by credit card has noted in the checkout cart, which includes Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Additional forms of collection can be added or removed by Print Pictures at its sole discretion. Orders are not binding until the order is accepted by Print Pictures. The Company expressly conditions its acceptance of your order to your agreement to these Terms and Conditions, Site Terms and the terms of the membership, as applicable. Any money outstanding is reserved to be recovered by Print Pictures, in the case of technical errors during the payment process.
Please assure you enter a correct street address that can accept deliveries from USPS, Fedex, and UPS. If an order is returned to us because no deliveries can be made by any carrier, store credit less actual shipping charges will be incurred. Shipping must be paid before the shipment, as well as shipment to a new address, if the address is changed after the order is placed. All shipments will be sent out within 14 business days, Print Pictures will always make their best effort to ship the orders out within this time frame, however, this number is merely an estimated date. .
As the Company’s customized merchandise is made to order and has no intrinsic cost on the open market, the Company is therefore unable to accept returns unless the products is at fault. For customized merchandise which is at fault or differs from that ordered please notify our customer service and the customer service team will instruct you on further action. Returns can be made within 30 days of purchase. Please follow the instructions below for al returns. Please send our customer service team an e-mail at email@example.com with the following information:
1. Your order number
2. Name and e-mail address used to place the order
3. Return reason
4. Attach a picture of the canvas print to the e-mail
Upon receiving the information, our customer service team will review your case and get back to you as soon as possible on the next steps of your return.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict or choice of law provisions. Customer acknowledges and agrees that the state of New Mexico as the venue of any litigation and that New Mexico courts have jurisdiction over this agreement and customer. The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover all costs and fees incurred, including reasonable attorney’s fees, in the case of a collection action, judicial proceeding, or suit in which the customer and Print Pictures are unable to resolve.
The returns policy provided does not include malfunctions or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, improper storage, extreme temperatures, and acts of nature or improper repairs. Such limited warranty only extends to refunds or replacements of Print Pictures Products. You expressly understand and agree that the products and services provided are on an as is and as available basis.
You must indemnify and hold Print Pictures and its employees, representatives, agents, affiliates, directors, officers, managers and shareholders (the "Parties") harmless from any damage, loss, or expense (including without limitation, attorneys' fees and costs) incurred in connection with any third-party claim, demand or action ("Claim") brought against any of the Parties alleging that you have breached any provision of this agreement through any act or omission. If you have to indemnify Print Pictures under this Section, Print Pictures will have the right to control the defense, settlement, and resolution of any Claim at your sole expense. A claim may not be settled or resolved without the expressed written permission of Print Pictures.
In its sole discretion, with or without notice to you, Print Pictures may suspend, limit your access to or terminate your use of the Website and/or the Print Pictures Service, suspend, limit your access to or terminate your account, remove any of your Content from Print Pictures servers and directories and prohibit you from using the Print Pictures Service and/or the Website. If terminated, Print Pictures may delete all content and information regarding Print Pictures. The information will be removed from any servers.
